Our purpose is to advance environmental awareness of our Shire, to work towards enhancing and protecting that environment, and to educate people when our environment is being compromised, whether it be by natural occurrence, by clearing, by pollution, or by development or planning decisions that have not fully incorporated the environment into their outlook.

Congratulations on the blog Noel. One only has to head the transcripts of the CCC hearing into nearby Smiths Beach to understand the importance of blogs such as this.
Really worthwhile reading with some very interesting more local inclusions that make me feel that perhaps the CCC will cast a glance further south when they have finished with Smiths Beach.
Let’s hope so because from my reckoning there’s something strange happening down here.

Thanks for the thumbs up Kim, this project is in it’s infancy and I hope will grow gracefully like a tree over time. A pity there is so much corruption out there (or here, and just up the road) to uncover!
